Introduction

Do you know what the scariest thing in life is? This idea varies from person to person. However, for our story's hero, the scariest experience was the betrayal of his closest friend, a betrayal that cost him everything.

The Story

This is the life story of a doctor from a prestigious and influential family. Despite his background, he was very humble. From a young age, he formed a strong friendship with an orphan child, leading his mother to adopt and support the child in every way. They grew up and became doctors, working together in the family’s hospital.

The doctor fell in love with a university student at first sight during his first lecture. He was captivated by her spirit, and happily, she loved him too. She enrolled in medical school to be near him or work under his guidance, as he was very well known in his specialty.

In her first year, he proposed to her, and she accepted. They planned for her to continue her studies after marriage. However, a week before their wedding, she called him to share something important, but the call was cut off!

He dropped everything and rushed to her, only to find her lying in a pool of blood, lifeless. He couldn’t understand what had happened next; he suffered a traumatic incident that partially affected his memory due to overwhelming grief.

He lost all joy in life and drowned himself in work. Even though a young man living next door was arrested for her murder, the doctor couldn't find peace after losing her. He constantly asked himself what she wanted to tell him that fateful day.

Seven years passed, during which the accused young man served his sentence. The doctor believed this was not enough time. From the beginning, he had hired a skilled lawyer to investigate, hoping to discover the truth he longed to know.

After the young man was released, new murders began. First, the mother of a girl who needed a dangerous life-saving operation committed suicide. She left a note accusing the doctor of failure and decided to end her life. This incident negatively affected the doctor’s reputation.

The police opened an investigation, led by a sharp officer who suspected something larger than a simple suicide. She later learned that a neighbor of the deceased saw a masked young man leaving her home. As she delved deeper, she discovered that the doctor’s closest friend was the real murderer, who had staged the act to appear as a suicide.

What she uncovered led her to reopen the investigation into the doctor's girlfriend's murder. The young man who had served seven years was innocent. On the day of the incident, he heard her cries for help and ran to her. He was horrified to find her bleeding and tried to help, accidentally leaving his fingerprints on the knife. The truth was that she had been strangled to death by the doctor’s friend, who was consumed with jealousy.

The doctor, when faced with the truth and regaining his memory of the incident, recalled seeing his friend at his girlfriend’s house. Shockingly, it drove him into a psychological state. The police discovered the victim's laptop at the killer’s house, which contained evidence of threats made by the doctor’s childhood friend, threatening her life if she did not leave the doctor and marry him instead.
